Prefect's Caning

The Prefect is a position of trust but she has not been acting like it, she's been caught bullying the other school girls! She must bend over and touch her toes as she gets a few hands smacks and then a hard caning! As her skirt comes up the cane marks show and not wearing standard knickers so the punishment continues on with more caning on her bare bottom!
