Isis has not been acting properly during work hours and Ms Smith decides she needs to be punished. She gives Isis a firm paddling on her bare bottom. Turns out Ms Smith did not have the authority to give out a punishment, so she is given the paddle as well. Then he applies the cane to her sore bottom as well.
